General Rules for Students

1. Students involved in activities harmful to academic interests will not be admitted to any course.
2. Violation of college or university rules may lead to expulsion.
3. Students involved in ragging will be expelled after investigation by the anti-ragging committee.
4. Consumption of drugs, alcohol, gambling, or any anti-social activities will result in expulsion.
5. Students must participate in all prescribed academic activities like lectures, tutorials, seminars, and lab work.
6. At least 75% attendance is mandatory to attend classes and exams.
7. Admission renewal is compulsory before the start of each semester.
8. Students with less than 75% attendance will be marked as non-collegiate and barred from final exams.
9. The college authority’s decisions on disciplinary issues are final.
10. Students must follow the college uniform rules.
11. Mobile phone use is prohibited unless permitted by the authority.
12. Anti-ragging rules, as directed by the Supreme Court and AICTE, must be followed strictly.

Rules & Regulations of the College Library

1. The library operates from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on working days.
2. Students must apply for a library card using a form available at the library office.
3. A duplicate library card can be issued for a fine of ₹50 if the original is lost.
4. Higher Secondary (HS) students can borrow a maximum of two books for 15 days.
5. Degree students (Pass course) can borrow two books, while Major students can borrow four books for 15 days.
6. Late returns incur a fine of ₹0.50 per day per book.
7. Mobile phone use is strictly prohibited in the library.
8. Silence must be maintained at all times in the library.
9. Personal items like bags and books are not allowed inside the library.
