Instructions for Online Form Filling FYUGP (3rd & 5th Semester):

🔷 For FYUGP 3rd Semester Students:

1. Register yourself on the college portal by creating a new account.
2. Log in to your account, fill in the application form, upload the required documents, and submit the form.
3. Take a printout of the submitted online form and bring it on the day of admission.

🔷 For FYUGP 5th Semester Students:

• If you already have your last year’s ID and password, you can directly log in and fill up the form.
• If you have forgotten your ID or password, you can recover it by clicking the Forgot Password link.
• If you are unable to recover your account, you can create a new account using a new email, fill up the form, and submit it.
• Take a printout of the submitted online form and bring it on the day of admission.
