Instructions for Online Form Filling FYUGP (3rd & 5th Semester):

🔷 For FYUGP 3rd Semester Students:

1. Register yourself on the college portal by creating a new account.
2. Log in to your account, fill in the application form, upload the required documents, and submit the form.
3. Take a printout of the submitted online form and bring it on the day of admission.

• Register yourself on the college portal by creating a new account.
• Log in to your account, fill in the application form, upload the required documents, and submit the form.
